CSA Terms and Conditions

Payment
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full that I have secured my place in the CSA for the season.
I understand and agree there is no refund for cancellation. Full Share Members may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s share, and the share ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original shareholder directly. Pay-per-week members will pay the weekly amount each week upon receipt of the produce, and can cancel anytime with written notice by email to Big Creek Farms MQT.
Picking Up Your Share
I understand that my weekly or biweekly CSA Shares will be picked up at the farm, and if I sign up for deliveries, they will be delivered to me at the requested address. If I am out of town and cannot find a substitute to take my share, I am to notify Big Creek Farms MQT in advance by email so my service can be suspended or other arrangements made. I will not receive credit for deliveries that I suspend.
Pickup time is from 4-6pm on Fridays. It is my responsibility to pick up my share during the designated time period. If I am unable to pick it up I will entitle a friend to do so. I understand that if my share is not picked up on the designated day, within the designated time, it will be donated at the discretion of the farm.
PRE-PAID SHARES: If I fail to pick up my share for 2 consecutive weeks without contacting Big Creek Farms MQT, I understand they will stop packing my share. They will only resume packing my share after I contact them to resume pick up. There will be no refund for the missed shares.
PAY-PER-WEEK SHARE: I understand that if I signed up for delivery, I will be present to pay upon delivery or make other arrangements with Big Creek Farms MQT. I must notify Big Creek Farms by email or text by Wednesday of that week if I want to skip pick-up/delivery. I understand that if I skip 2 weeks without notification I will be removed from the CSA. 
Sharing Our Season
I understand that as a member, I share in the bounty and the risks of farming, including poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as flood, drought, tropical storm or hurricane. If there is a crop failure I understand that my share may be lighter.

By signing up for the CSA, I understand that I will be added to the weekly email list. This is how Big Creek Farms MQT communicates updates and changes, as well as what will be in shares each week. Big Creek Farms MQT will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your spam
folder. Notify us immediately if you do not receive an e-mail receipt of your payment or your weekly email.
All our customer information is kept strictly confidential.
We do not release any information to anyone regarding our customers. We do not sell or make our email addresses or mailing list available to any other parties or companies. The registration web site is a secure site where your information will be safe.
