Summer bounty is here!
It's been a busy spring/summer here at the farm! After lots of hard work prepping the ground, planting, and weeding, we're now entering some of the peak harvests of the season. Between growing the produce, we're also working on constructing 2 new high tunnels! These will be finished by late summer, hopefully with enough time to get a cover crop and some cold hardy greens planted under their protection. We're so excited for this huge step for our fledgling farm to benefit from the season extension (a necessity here in the U.P.!) and to increase the productivity of our hot crops. We're also excited to announce we have the capacity to open our biweekly CSA to the general public! Previously, this was only marketed to our immediate neighborhood, but we can support a few more members this season. For more information, head to the CSA sign up section of our website.
